project #1 is complete! Long bay retired officers residence is done. A complete repaint of the outside and inside one of the vacated apartments. A toilet and a number of door knobs and locks were replaced as well as lots of scrubbing, landscaping, light replacement and fence repairs were completed. The majors next door were so thankful and happy with the new greenish colour... not exactly our first choice but in the warm climate it does seem appropriate. Now onto our next project... Josey Hill Corps.
