project #1 is complete! Long bay retired officers residence is done. A complete repaint of the outside and inside one of the vacated apartments. A toilet and a number of door knobs and locks were replaced as well as lots of scrubbing, landscaping, light replacement and fence repairs were completed. The majors next door were so thankful and happy with the new greenish colour... not exactly our first choice but in the warm climate it does seem appropriate. Now onto our next project...                 1) Soffit and facia

                                -Scrape loose paint

                                -Power wash to clean

                                -Sand wood

                                -Prime bare wood

                                -Paint soffit and facia (1,000 sq. ft.) 

                2) Exterior walls

                                -Power wash areas of dirt and mold

                                -Sterilize surfaces where mold present

                                -Wash all walls

                                -Paint exterior surfaces (2,000 sq. ft.) 

                3) Exterior wood fence

                                -Remove rotten boards

                                -Install new boards and cap pieces

                                -Install diagonal wall braces

                                -Repair gates and replace hinges

                                -Power wash and scrape all surfaces

                                -Clean apartment and pack up contents

                                -Paint trim and doors (5 doors, casing, and baseboard)
